Jessie Barron Jr., 67, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, peacefully passed away surrounded by family on October 11, 2024 in Bryan, Tx. Jessie was born on October 12, 1956 to Martha and Jessie Barron Sr. of Bryan, Tx. After graduating from Bryan High School, Jessie settled down and was a lifelong resident of Bryan, Tx.
As a devoted family man, Jessie dedicated over 35 years at Alenco and most recently at Texas A&M Hotel & Conference Center to provide for his family. His family meant the absolute world to him and he loved nothing more than to be surrounded by his loved ones every chance there was. As the life of the party, his most beloved and cherished memories include fishing, playing dominos, shooting pool, watching the Aggies or the Astros play, holidays, BBQ’s, and any gathering where he could be surrounded by family and friends. To know Jessie was to love and appreciate the hard working, strong-willed, and outgoing man he was. He will, without a doubt, be deeply and infinitely missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Preceding him in death are his parents, Martha and Jessie Barron Sr., and his sister Pat Barron. He is survived by his dearest wife of 40 years, Josie Barron; his beloved children: Lisa Barron, Sandra Mitchell, Marie and husband Daniel Johnson, and Cindy and husband Manuel Medrano; his cherished grandchildren: Faith, Kristian, Jessica, McKenzie, Jazmyn, Justyce, Marissa and Matthew; his precious great- grandchildren Elias and Adelaine and valued siblings: Esther and husband Joe Herrera, Connie, Natalie and husband Richard DeLeon, Clemencia, and Felicita; and many loved nieces and nephews.
The Barron family would love to give a special thanks to Hospice Brazos Valley for the care and compassion given to their father during his final days.
